I may be missing something. What about that list answers your question? It seems a laundry list of privs enjoyed by one group and not another, which doesn't really strike me as a justification for hate.

People who have privilege without being conscious that it IS privilege instinctively resent attempts to level the playing field. They are perceived as attacks, possibly as oppression or persecution. If you feel you're being persecuted, hating your perceived persecutors is a short step.
