Just started the 30 day free trial of Amazon Prime and that was a hard decision going against some heavy bias against it. As much as I try I can't justify it (£79 a year) based on the free one day delivery - I have no problem waiting a few days for orders - or most of the content of prime video - b-list films and TV I've never heard of and stuff they probably couldn't pay people to watch. Just basically the equivalent of the free classics that the kindle provides. Anyway what swung it for me - at least to do the trial - was fancying an episode of x files and finding that all of it's available in prime. And then after that finding that they also have the walking dead. So there are a few big names in amongst the chaff... just enough to tempt suckers like me

I've been watching the walking dead through... ahem... other means... All I did was google "walking dead streaming"... and one of the first hits had it all... The concept of paying to watch stuff that plays on tv for free is a bit beyond me... But nonetheless I don't feel comfortable with it or even just watching a TV show someone has uploaded to youtube. It's just not me but if it's you, then more power to you ![]()
Watching All Stars RuPaul's Drag Race season two.

I must admit though -- sometimes it is nice getting parcels a day or so early but most of the time I am patient and can wait. I'll stick to my methods of obtaining my favourite shows.
