The brisket is on the grill, getting a bark.
I'll tent it in the oven because I'm not able to feed the grill all morning. I'll finish it off on the grill this evening. It smells so good in my house because of the hickory smoke.

Watching Jello Biafra interviews, listening to a Dead Kennedys album and reading along the lyrics sheet, I feel very paranoid, very upset, very sick to my stomach about a lot of stuff, feeling very lonely, thinking about how some day I'm just going to die either trapped in this system, or in the inhospitable environment surrounding this system, a lonely, miserable and misunderstood death, in an indifferent universe surrounded by people who will never know or understand what I went through, besides a bastion of people who have had the same thoughts as I have had because of course there's no such thing as an original thought.
