What's everyone up to right now?

Near the end of a longish boat ride back to the marina after diving off an island in the Sea of Cortez. Very different than near home (Banderas Bay). Less variety of both pelagic and invertebrate sea life, less coral, warmer and clearer water. We were joined by a group of sea lions - unlike most sea life, sea lions appear to enjoy interacting with divers. They seem to enjoy darting through bubble columns and nipping fins.

Considering taking a second nap today. I don't usually take them at all. For some reason today I am really low energy.

Caffeine is the answer. My doctor told me to lay off of coffee because of the acid, so I switched to tea. The only thing better than caffeine is steroids, which I have been given for a condition I'm experiencing. Lack of energy? I could live on steroids for the energy, but I know that that is a dead-end road.

Sitting around drinking coffee. I slept in a half hour this morning. My housekeeper hasn't texted me so I don't know if she plans to come today. I haven't prepared, so I'm hoping not.

As I mentioned earlier, I finally finished an over 5000 word piece on Black Mirror Series Six and sent it to Anglotopia.

Also, I got a new power bank. The one thing I didn’t like about Sunday at Ravinia with Chicago was that my devices kept losing power and the power banks I had couldn’t keep up with my needs. So, Dad bought a 30,000 mAh power bank. It came today, and it’s massive.



It took a long time to figure out how to charge it (let alone find a suitable outlet capable of charging it, since it apparently requires 3 Amps). But at least it’s $15, and hopefully, when I need to charge my iPad or my phone, it’ll do the job.
