Cartels will have nothing to do with a legalized system in the States. Look up what a medical marijuana dispensary is and get back to me on that. Similar setups would be available for recreational users as well.

And yes, marijuana studies have shown positive effects in the fight against cancer cells. I can't help it if you won't bother to look this shit up and I stopped reading after that point.

So my ideology dictates that in a society that is ruled by our ideology, drugs cannot and will not exist. If people never had access to tobacco, they wouldn't feel the need to smoke tobacco. Same for marijuana. I'm advocating to crush the snakes head while its still a hatchling.

I think I may have identified an essential difference in our mindsets. Your ideology dehumanizes and does violence to those who think differently than you do. You gladly embrace totalitarianism. Noticing that we live in a pluralistic world your idea is to trim off everything that doesn't agree with you. Are you at least in therapy?

First of all... bigotry. Your incoherent discrimination against whatever brand of people You are referring to is worth Allah's judgement. We people (who voted legalization of weed) do not all have something to do with weed, or child pornography. Secondly, what does weed have to do with child pornography? The only person who linked these 2 was You, Mehmet. However, I am not going to suggest that You are linked to child-p, because I am not a bigot.

Thirdly, I think everyone can agree that child-p is not worth legalization or relief because it extorts children. To name some: the recordings of child-p are just "things", but it required the molestation of children to begin with. Children are not (commonly) cognitively developed to make decisions to enroll in porn or appreciate sexual urges, so any sexual encounters are at the submission to a dominant partner. This inflicts one's will against another, and in my book, is ethically despicable.

So no, We are not equally permissible of other illegal conduct.
