I think I have a better one.
"Everything and everyone is connected, wise the fuck up!" Quote:1) Thou shalt strive to promote the greater good of humanity before all selfish desires. This sounds familiar. Didn't somebody already do this? God, who set the example? You can't be serious? Quote:5 The Lord saw how great the wickedness of the human race had become on the earth, and that every inclination of the thoughts of the human heart was only evil all the time. 6 The Lord regretted that he had made human beings on the earth, and his heart was deeply troubled. 7 So the Lord said, “I will wipe from the face of the earth the human race I have created—and with them the animals, the birds and the creatures that move along the ground—for I regret that I have made them.” Don't you even read your own book? When some humanist tries to "command" me...'Thou Shalt'
it begs the question- or else what? (November 2, 2013 at 8:33 pm)Lion IRC Wrote: When some humanist tries to "command" me...Thou Shalt' If these commandments are given by humanism, then We are talking about a sect of humanism that is religious. So, much the same way christianity has "thou shalts", this religious humanism has "thou shalts".
When God says "thou shalt" there is most certainly an answer to the question...or else what?
God said? You do realise that Moses was a liar acording to Yeshua and Jeremiah?
