No, no, NO. You boys are looking at this ALL WRONG. Bald is sexy and gorgeous. Running your hands over a smooth skull is delightful. Own it. Love it. If you doubt me, find a picture of Picard.

Now if I were completely bald I'd agree - to date I haven't been brave enough to find out if that look suits me - but right now I'd describe myself as tufty.

I try keep my hair very short to disguise that but as soon as it starts to grow out I look like a rainforest under severe attack. Great plains are opening up joined by dried up river beds and small lakes of nothing but pink sand. Its not becoming.

On the issue of baldness, shave it all off. It works.

NEVER NEVER do the combover. NEVER.

Or if you do, make it epic:

At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

That is as succinct is any response to that drivel can possibly be. I love a woman of few words. Smile

God am I glad to hear that I'm not the only one. Sometimes they just can't be in the moment without discussing something, anything. On the other hand, when I feel chatty myself I prefer the company of women.

Simply a response to the title of your thread.

No, atheism is NOT religion. Fuck off.

I'm new on the forum and I feel a bit overwhelmed reading the posts as most are much more intelligent than I. Maybe this has been covered but here's my question: Has anyone thought outside of the box and questioned the word "beginning"? Did there have to be a beginning? It's a word we have all used and debated with those who believe in a creator. It may be difficult to wrap our head around it but again, why does there have to be a beginning?

Because the laws of thermodynamics implies that there is an end. If there is an end, that implies that there is a beginning. The question is - beginning to what?

"In short, Meyer has shown that his first disastrous book was not a fluke: he is capable of going into any field in which he has no training or research experience and botching it just as badly as he did molecular biology. As I've written before, if you are a complete amateur and don't understand a subject, don't demonstrate the Dunning-Kruger effect by writing a book about it and proving your ignorance to everyone else! Another classic case of someone not knowing the definition of the word 'religion'. Google exists for a reason, people! (S/he isn't coming back, is s/he?)

If atheist want to be happy they must reject their human nature and align their thoughts, feelings, and actions with the LORD's and learn to at least get a glimpse of what TRUE love and goodness is.

Why don't you take your stupid sentiments about sin and your Savior and wrap them in a spool of concertina wire and solicit the help of a swarthy Sumerian to shove them up your stink star sideways as far as is feasible.

Better do as she says, BloodWash, otherwise we'll let her off the leash and she'll tell you what she really thinks of you.
