In addition to the things already mentioned, a greater respect for rational discourse (versus stupid appeals to authority, etc.), an opportunity for students to learn what scientists -- especially biologists -- actually think as opposed to the twisted and dishonest strawmen religionists erect to mislead and gull the simple-minded, and a greater number of people worldwide making the most of the one life they know they have instead of indulging in childish wish-fulfillment, dreaming of some paradise in the great beyond.
Oh, and no more half-wits knocking on my door, trying to sell their spiritual snake oil.
In the most fundamentalist religious areas of the world, there would be obvious, radical changes: no more girls with mutilated genitals or girls kept from school; equality for gay people; no more children kept from hospitals by parents who don't "believe" in medicine; no more girls force-married. These are all obviously good things.
The changes would be less earth-shattering for most of us, but I would enjoy a world without the constant battles over creationism in textbooks, and without the constant side-stepping of other people's religious in-your-faceness. I would hope we wouldn't lose sacred music, though- you can't beat a sung mass for beauty. I can't see that we'd lose much as a species by getting rid of religion. There will always be a percentage of the population that will need some sort of mental crutch to handle reality.

Well people like me would certainly have more peace in such a world. No longer have to deal with fears or anger related to religion. A dream.
Bluntly put it would be awesome. No more superstitious bullshit weighing us down into all kinds of things. It is not realistic though

Religion came about as an elixir to the first big "oh shit" moment in mankind. When we became smart enough to realize we are going to die. Religion started as a coping mechanism for coming to terms with our own mortality. Our life begins at birth and ends at death. I am pretty sure life after death will closely approximate life before birth.
