Well that's a start. If you are not sure atheism is true then you shouldn't be an atheist.

I identify as an atheist until some other religious belief system provides me sufficient evidence to convince me of its factuality. When that happens, I'm more than willing to convert. It would be illogical to be an atheist if you are not sure if it is true or not.
