Let's say euthanasia.

Lawfully - as prescribed by a perfect judge

Go.

A perfect judge can make that call.

Do you believe that 'God' communicates with you in some way?

You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.

How do we know if the killing was just or not?

I certainly wouldn't know.

In a court limited to incomplete knowledge, I would convict the man of murder.

That has no bearing on the ultimate justice of the man's actions. Only a perfect judge could know that.

So, if you received a communication from 'God' that ordered you to go kill the old woman that lives down the street from you, would you do it?

Which is kinda how I'm living my life: if god has a problem with anything I'm doing, he's more than welcome to let me know. So far, his silence speaks volumes about either his apathy or his nonexistance. If god wants me to have more than my poor, pitiful, incomplete human knowledge, he'll let me know.

We've been here recently, and I can go further now

If I was sure that this was God instructing me (I have no idea how because God has never communicated with me in that way), and I had such faith that I can't imagine now, then I would have to.

A court would convict me of murder. I would know that when committing the act.

That's all way to hypothetical

When you hear about someone being convicted of killing their kids or someone else, and they claim that 'God' told them to, do you actually believe that they may be telling the truth?

Perfect justice supersedes our own, and sets us free.
