Nothing. And I love it when people get offended and ask why I didn't say "Bless you." Maybe because you're the one that should apologize for causing the disturbance, not me.

My wife has sneezing fits that usually run into double-digits. I usually sit there until she stops and then say "you're scaring the dogs."

Nothing.
Why should an expulsion of air from your nose and mouth caused by a nasal irritation warrant acknowledgement by others when no such similar acknowledgement is given for coughing, and farting is generally so embarrassing its ignored by everyone unless it's particularly foul-smelling and lingers? (In which case farting generally induces immature giggles and lewd remarks.)
