Well, none of the more important decisions are taken in a vacuum. Nobody, apart from spammers and socks, can even
be banned without a Staff quorum and every one of us is given free reign to share our opinions. It's not a perfect system but at least it has the potential to minimise the possibility of mistakes. Even if a mistake
is made, it's never irreversible. Bans can be overturned.
I might add that the fact that Artur was given only a three-day ban speaks volumes - it could just as easily have been permanent.
