It's hard to decide what the right thing to do in Israel's situation because war is such a terrible thing no matter what the cause or justification is. I know that Israel has worked some atrocities, but the same can be said for the other side. I think if we withdraw our support that there would be worse things done by Israel's enemies. I do know that if Israel had not maintained it's aggressive policies, it wouldn't exist now. The Arab world would like nothing better that to destroy Israel and that's their current aim. No matter what policies Israel takes that aim will remain the same. If Israel is to survive as a nation they must act quickly and effectively to outside threats and make sure their border is secure. I believe it is in the best interest of the US to support our allies in mideast, which is full of groups with the desire to not only destroy Israel, but also to destroy us.

The economy would collapse if WWII ended. This would be good for people and other living things but it would be bad for the economy.
