Friday is going to be so freaking awesome!
Making the trek to RMNP for a "little" hiking... 10.5 mile loop (with spurs) starting and ending at Bear Lake. Taking the camera and lots of water. Here's the route: ![]() Friday's gonna be a very good day! ![]() Google maps says 3:47. Will probably take more like 6 hours with stops for water, food, pics, scenery enjoyment, etc... Aug. 22nd is gonna be an even better day... Back to RMNP for an 18 miler. This time with a "friend from work" instead of my daughter. ![]() Hopefully I'll be getting some good pics that day too. ![]() ![]() If we get "lost in the woods" and can't finish the hike... Well, there's always next time. ![]() Google maps claims six and a half hours for this hike. I'm hoping for 10 plus. ![]()
