Perhaps I am confused as to what would be "unnatural" under the considered definition.

Very well I will defer to the will of the majority regarding the proper use of murder. Of course, from the point of view of the cannibals it might not be seen as the unlawful killing of another person. That might vary between cultures. Fortunately the popularity of cannibalism seems to be waning.

Until we have a good working discussion of natural, it's meaningless.
