I loved the book and had no idea it had been made into a documentary back in 2006. Many of you may already know about this, but thought I'd share it for anyone who is interested.

I'm reading the book right now ... found it at a Christian dollar book store, ironically....
The gods offer no rewards for intellect. There was never one yet that showed any interest in it.

Wow very ironic! My book is now all high-lighted, with tons of notes. This documentary follows Dawkins as he journeys to different places, observing various religious beliefs, and most importantly to me, shares his thoughts along the way. Enjoy the book!! What on earth were you doing at a christian bookstore? Expecting a cold winter?
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

It's a donation bookstore and while most of the books are Christian they have used GMAT and LSAT prep books for my students. But otherwise, no, I wouldn't be there unless I was looking to draw mustaches on the author photos in-cover.

Those Christians are suicidal people if they're selling that book at their store. It's like someone selling meat on a vegan store. Is the book 'The God Delusion' worth reading?
Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster. And if you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you
Yes, it is.
I bought a King James 1611 at Parables a few years ago, and when I informed the check out clerk that was really the only book they needed to sell there I just got the standard "you want fries with that?" deer in the headlights stare.
IMHO, the book isn't that good, sure it brought atheism more into the limelight but there are much much better ones out there.
