It's amazing to be unable to speak in more than one language.

Taking three years of Spanish in High School, as well as conversational Spanish in my teaching methods classes, and having a Spanish-speaking nanny for the kids, helped.

It taught me that the two most important phrases in Spanish are:

"Dos cervezas mas, por favor", and "¿Donde esta el baño?"
