Luke: You don't believe in the Force, do you?
Han Solo: Kid, I've flown from one side of this galaxy to the other, and I've seen a lot of strange stuff, but I've never seen *anything* to make me believe that there's one all-powerful Force controlling everything. 'Cause no mystical energy field controls *my* destiny. It's all a lot of simple tricks and nonsense.
Every Xtian has been on comfortable speaking terms with god for so long that they feel they can speak authorititively on his behalf.
Isn't there a long and hard to pronounce name for this mental condition? Insecure fucking whackos!

A god who would send a sweet, gentle, caring, troubled individual like Robin Williams to hell isn't a god worth worshipping. He submerged his own demons to relieve those of other people. His comedic performances were nothing short of brilliant, and his dramatic turns displayed his astonishing ability to reach people. His donations to charitable causes will never be fully known - he kept many of them sub rosa. What we do know is that he was instrumental in helping to raise hundreds of millions for the poor and the homeless. He spent his life doing things he didn't need to do, for the benefit of other people, and doing what was difficult for him, because of his troubles with addiction and depression.
And people want to tell me that this great and good man is deserving of an eternity of torment, because of his honest disbelief in what is - let's face it - a fantastically hard-to-believe story? Well, fuck them. Fuck them with a rolled up Bible and no lube. Fuck their mothers, grandmothers, bankers and grocers. Fuck people who listen to them and fuck people who agree with them. I doubt there's a ghost of a chance that these fucked-with-a-cactus-deserving knuckle-draggers will ever grasp that Robin Williams was a better, kindlier, nobler human being than they could ever hope to be. Because Robin Williams wouldn't have wished Hellfire on anyone. Boru
