The menu in this Murican' home tonight:
Steamed broccoli drizzled with a tad of butter
Sauteed tilapia
served with a mixture of fresh white corn, sweet pepper, sweet onion, thai pepper sauce and sugar cane vinegar.

Not a fan of hot dogs. Too much salt and too highly processed. Plus white bread is evil. And why on earth would you deep fry green beans?
My lunch:
Smoked pork loin
Fresh garden grown carrots
Green tea
And berry mix, mostly strawberries and raspberries.

Tempura, do up sweet potatoes and zuchinni strips the same way as the beens. So good. Get some shrimp on that plate and you're in business.

Around here, we have battered green beans.... we call them "garden fish".
