There is no meaning to life or any deep meaning.
You the person have to give your life your own life meaning.
There is no divine place were we go when we die we just won't exist.
Again the meaning of life is only your to interpret there is no destiny but an illusion of free will.

you mainly i see no point in believing in oblivion.
consider this is life even valuable from your point of view... because god did not need to create humans or animals he could have not created us at all. why would you send humans to hell yet love them. the world is a harsh place there is no deity or god in my world view i do good because i am good.
if i do wrong i have my own reasons for doing so. so you do end up in heaven but for what your free will to be taken away forced to be happy and serve a god without any motivation to question his ways. for what to become a puppet. i am happy i won't exist when my time comes ill live on in memory it suites me.

But someone who's life has meaning believing in that, may be happier than someone who doesn't believe in what he believes, you must find what gives meaning to your life, if that is believing fairies and unicorns or whatever.

There is no accountability, there is no judgement as to whether you were good or bad.

There is only only one criteria, that you loved god. Everything else is irrelevant.

And since that allows the worst sort of people into heaven , I'm not interested. I have much higher standards as to who I associate with.

This subject is explored in the book of Ecclesiastes. The writer concluded that no one knows what comes after death, if anything. He said that a fool might end up with everything you had worked so hard for all of your life and squander it. He also said to eat, drink, and be merry for tomorrow you die. You can be smart or dumb, rich or poor, loved or hated, good or evil. Once you're dead you're done and forgotten. And even if people in the far future mention your name they will never know who you really were.

I'm better and more moral than your God. So yes, if I should find myself in the afterlife, He will stand in judgment and be held accountable for His failings.
