I graduated high school at 16 with a 4.0 I then spent the next four years getting drunk fucking as much as possible and smoking a quite large amount of marijuana I ended up flunking out before I was even of drinking age

Undergraduate degree in Philosophy from UC Berkeley. Oh alright, Dean's list, Phi Beta Kappa and Cum Magna Laude; but you have to understand that I was very insecure and over compensating. I'm not nearly as big of a brown noser any more.

I went back to get a teaching credential for secondary mathematics and, later, a pretty meaningless masters in education so they would have to pay me more.

I've had three great self education binges. The first started in middle school and involved everything to do with animals but especially their behavior. That lasted into my early twenties and involved lots of binge reading.

The second was the pursuit of self knowledge through woo: lots of psychology, eastern philosophy and mythology. Collected tons of books and actually read some of them. Highlights: "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance" by Robert Pirsig and "The Wisdom of Insecurity" by Alan Watts. I attended the first Annual Institute of Depth Psychology in San Francisco where I got to hang out with my psychology guru, James Hillman. I also did a weekend retreat with the poet Robert Bly and a few encounter groups on the UC campus.

The last great reading binge involved horticulture, garden design and plants. I've not bought a book in years now so I think I may be over it. But I've joined Calhort and the best garden club ever, the Hortisexuals. I've befriended a lot of my favorite garden design buddies and fellow garden makers. I think this obsession may turn out to be a life sentence, but I'm not complaining.

BaSc in history with a minor in music theory (Queens University, Belfast), uncompleted post-grad work at Trinity in Dublin.

Since leaving school 21 years ago, I've almost always audited courses on subjects that interest me. The last one I finished was on Urban Ecology and Pest Management and I'm currently taking Senegalese Folk art.

Working on a PhD in Political Science (Religions NGOs in urban regeneration delivery in local communities) (although may withdraw soon).
Also currently working on my chartered management accounting exams (CIMA).

I tend to never bring up education in a debate online because it does't really prove anything. I've been corrected on various political theories by undergraduates many years my junior and been grateful for it. Also there's no way to prove anything either unless you photocopy your certificate (which is never going to happen).

So for the sake of it, I'm also a Cuban cowboy astronaut.

Bachelor of Science in Public Administration with minors in Political Science and Sociology. I am one class away from a Masters of Science in Criminal Justice. At some point I will finish....
Similar to Whateverist, I tend to go on self education tangents. Currently I am studying anything and everything I can on meteorology.
