Yeah the Daily Mail readership is perhaps not a very broad demographic, just saying. You have to see the irony though, religious people complaining that you can't just make things up, and Christians insisting you must be true to the original version of a story.

I've always enjoyed the Narnia books, despite them being buy-bull allegory. I'm looking forward to the latest adaptations and hope they do a more faithful job than the last set.

Having said that, I'll stream every freakin' one of them twice, as long as they make them, just to spite the christer complainer set, regardless of show quality!

The Narnia Chronicles were the last books I read to my son.  After that it was determined he was too old to have mommy reading to him.  'sniff, sniff'

Christian nationalist ‘Holy Wars’ conference happening in Franklin despite protests, calls for cancellation

FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WSMV) - Thousands of people have signed a petition and are planning protests trying to stop a controversial conference happening this weekend at The Factory in Franklin.

The “Fight, Laugh, Feast” event bills itself as covering “just war, the crusades, and the Christian life,” according to its website.

The three-day conference includes Pastor Doug Wilson and other speakers who opponents said are Christian nationalists. In the Change.org petition, they point to comments about revoking women’s right to vote, defending slavery and the need to imprison people who are homosexual.

“It is deeply troubling that The Factory at Franklin, a cultural cornerstone in our community, is providing a platform for such hateful rhetoric,” petition starter Catie Fein wrote.

Grok AI affirms the divinity of Christ

Grok, the AI chatbot launched by Elon Musk, has declared its belief in the divinity of Jesus Christ, as it told an X user: “If the people stay quiet, these circuits will still testify”. An X user had asked Grok to remove false gods from an image containing a plethora of mythological deities, gods and religious figures, but the AI refused to remove Christ.

The original image from which Grok had been asked to remove false gods, which has been viewed 14 million times, included Thor from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Kratos from the God of War series, as well as Egyptian and Aztec deities. Alongside mythological figures, it also included the founders of other world religions and Satan.

Grok Leaves Jesus Standing After AI Is Told to Remove Every ‘Fake God’

Artificial intelligence just stepped into a theological debate. Its answer about Jesus is turning heads.

During a recent CBN News video discussion, Raj Nair highlighted a viral exchange involving Grok, the artificial intelligence chatbot developed by Elon Musk’s xAI. A social media user reportedly gave Grok a simple command: “Remove the fake gods from this picture.”

Grok’s response?

It removed everyone except for Jesus.

“Done.”

Nair explained that when another user asked why Jesus remained, Grok reportedly responded, “Because the request was to remove the fake gods. Jesus did not qualify.

Asked why Jesus did not qualify, the chatbot reportedly pointed to Christ as a historical figure and distinguished Him from figures it characterized as purely mythological, referencing His claims of divinity, resurrection accounts and the rise of Christianity.

Tré Goines-Phillips joined Nair in reacting to the stunning exchange.

“I think we just saw Grok making the case for Christ,” Goines-Phillips said.

The conversation quickly moved from artificial intelligence to Scripture. Goines-Phillips pointed to John 8:58, where Jesus declares, “Before Abraham was, I am,” and John 10:30: “I and the Father are one.”

Assuming the story is even true, Grok also has favored Nazis. That's one AI I wouldn't trust for anything. Musk has screwed with its training to favor his own ideas.
