Sorry for raining on your parade of hate.  Seems like Christ taught a lesson on this issue about casting the first stone?  Perhaps folks in this forum could learn a few things from Him... just say-in...

Sorry to rain on your parade, but it seems likely that Christ taught nothing as he's likely a fictional character.

Perhaps Christians could learn a few facts.

Just say-in...

RE: Damned Christians
Russian Orthodox Christian churches are drawing in far-right American converts

Riccardi-Swartz's study focused on a community of mostly former evangelical Christians and Catholics who had joined the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia (ROCOR). The West Virginia location, in addition to having a church parish, was also home to the largest English-speaking Russian Orthodox monastery in the world.

Over a year of doing research, Riccardi-Swartz learned that many of these converts had grown disillusioned with social and demographic change in the United States. In ROCOR, they felt they had found a church that has remained the same, regardless of place, time and politics. But Riccardi-Swartz also found strong strains of nativism, white nationalism and pro-authoritarianism, evidenced by strong admiration for Russian President Vladimir Putin.

"For many of them, Putin becomes this sort of king-like figure in their narratives," she said. "They see themselves as oppressed by democracy because democracy is really diversity. And they look to Putin because democracy isn't really, as we see right now, an option [in Russia]."

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

The OP was about sexually abusing a minor. Calling it out isn't throwing stones. Standing up for the perpetrator isn't virtuous.
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.

And then they'll blame the Internet when in few years a child from this group becomes a mass shooter in the gay club.

Quote:Middle school students at Christian Academy of Louisville (CAL) last week were asked to write a letter to an imaginary friend “struggling with homosexuality” and use lessons from the Bible to “persuade” them that they are not gay.

FBI raids multiple churches in Texas — including a church said to be 'recruiting' Fort Hood soldiers

Videos shared on social media on Thursday show law enforcement officers at the church. According to the Killeen Daily Herald, dozens of Google and Facebook reviews of the church refer to it as a 'cult' with a 'habit of recruiting Fort Hood soldiers.'"

Also raided were the House of Prayer Church in Hinesville, Georgia, near Fort Stewart and the Assembly of Prayer church in Augusta, Georgia, near Fort Gordon.

Both of these churches have also been accused of targeting servicemembers.

"WTOC reported The House of Prayer Christian Church has been the center of controversy in the community for years, including protests," said the report. "In 2017, former church members voiced personal stories of alleged abuse from the church and accused its leaders of separating their families. Many of the protesters expressed their belief that the church is a cult, according to WTOC."

Another Christian is entering the halls of martyrdom because he is spreading hate to fight for Christian principles

Quote:Jordan Peterson suspended from Twitter over Elliot Page comment, says he would rather die than apologize

Jordan Peterson has been temporarily suspended from using Twitter after breaching the platform's hateful conduct policy with a post that used Elliot Page's former name.

The tweet was in response to a New York Post article in which Page said he is proud to introduce a trans character to the new Netflix show he stars in.

This is an overreaction response that will make Peterson a hero to the right.  He made his reputation on refusing to call people by their preferred pronouns - he is obviously going to revel in this.

When will the left get it -- forcing people to be "woke" through retribution will only entrench the opposition.

Peterson singled out Elliot Page for no reason, and he has also called the surgeon a criminal which can cause hatred towards surgeons and trans people as he demonized them as being illegal.

None of that is in the headline or the article.  They made it sound like the ban was for "dead naming".

The whole opposition to trans is what made Peterson famous.  He believes it is impossible for someone to be anything other than their birth gender, and everything trans is evil.  He has a lot of followers.

That was in the tweet that went: "Remember when pride was a sin? And Ellen Page just had her breasts removed by a criminal physician.”
