I don't know if this is a positive thing, it's definitely not 10 things, but at least religion was an attempt at understanding the nature of existence in a time before science and before hammering out our logical faults. Can't really blame them for trying. Heck, it made sense to some of us in our life times, before we tried to make sense of them O_o I wonder if religion wasn't an inevitability.
I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:
"I don't hang around with mostly men because I'm gay. It's because men are better than women. Better trained, better equipped...better. Just better! I'm not gay."
For context, this is the previous verse:

Supposedly it's also supposed to be a metaphor for Israel, but still the idea that a group of people should be able to accomplish something that they aren't ready to do is still silly.

Hate to nitpick but the bible doesn't say the earth is a globe, sphere, or oblong spheroid. It says that it's a flat circular disk under a dome which holds out water that is above it.
I can think of one good claim though, if an animal is already dead when you find it, don't eat it.

They passed the tree the next day, and it was dead, so it wasn't just an allegory or something. I'm not sure why he didn't just make the tree start sprouting figs, but it is kind of a callback to the OT god's response to things not going the way he wants it to. Instead of working on fixing the problem, he just starts killing things.
