I believe in God. I don't think anyone can know either way if he exists. How can you prove it?? To entertain such a question you'd have to think that immaterial and atemporal were things we could study.
For a deistic god your point is perfectly valid. However that is not what the bible teaches about the Christian god. After all we know the bible clearly states that moses spoke to a material being on that mountain where he experienced god, and genesis tells us that god rested on the seventh day. That clearly demonstrates that he uses a sense of time and us not atemporal either.
