I think I need to establish a support group and maybe find a mentor...

So, without blaming obvious external influences, I believe I've dug quite the pit of misery for myself in the past 3 years and a half since HS graduation.
I'm done with that, like I've mentioned before, 2015 is my year. But I can't do it alone. I need the support of those around me. I have big goals...crazy goals...but they're not that bad.
By November I hope to have all my relevant computer certifications and get a help desk job.
By May of next year I hope to have all my web design/development certifications and start making professional websites for people on the side and start working in network administration.
By November of next year I hope to be fluent in C++, Java, and Python and start doing IT security consulting for businesses and hopefully the government. My goals can end here if nothing else is relevant but the purpose of this goal is to 1) help my country and businesses, 2) make adequate income to put my wife through grad school and make a living, and 3) have a self directed schedule in order to have the option to go back to school my self and if that does happen:
By January 2017 I hope to be back in school to get an AA in computer science.
By 2020 I hope to be in a 4 year to double major BS in Computer Science and Physics.
By 2023 be looking toward entering a grad program in quantum physics.
By 2028 be working in quantum computing research. I'd like to do this because the implications of the first quantum computer (not hybrid like MIT) could do amazing things for technology, including make a safer internet and further the advances of quantum physics.
I know this is crazy...but it's the only real dream I have ever really had. and I'm only 21 and still have a chance at doing something great for others. This plan is so long because the first goal is to make sufficient money for my wife and I. I simply can not afford to not work, let alone send both my wife and I to college at the same time. So by the time I go to college again my wife would be finished with her undergrad and applying for her masters program and it would work out.
So anyways, I guess what I am saying is I need a mentor or some people to join my support group. Just someone to offer advice, encouragement, and check up on me from time to time and I can reciprocate the same. Anyone want to swap FB's or emails? Or it could stay on AF. Just looking for friendships a little less anonymous.
