Besides, that book also prohibits serving meat and dairy together, and how in My name would that allow Me to have My favorite meat lovers' special with extra cheese?

I wonder how these people would react if anyone opened a business and then stated they refuse to treat Christians?

They'd likely be the first up in arms.

My other half said opening up a restaurant and refusing to serve christians sounds like something we need to do.

They should also refuse to serve anyone wearing mixed fabrics, who have been divorced or who have committed adultery. You know, them being the christian establishment and all.

Damnit, I was just getting geared up to praise them for their efforts to enforce Biblical Law (soon to be known as "Scalia Law" in honor of our most esteemed Supreme Court Judge for Republican Jesus) and suggest a long list of other crimes against Jesus they should also punish with refusal of service. But you beat me to it. Damn. I hate posting with the unsaved. Unlike my fellow Christians, they've actually read the Bible.

Sounds like a winning business plan. LOL

Perhaps in taking this 'principled stand', the proprietors of the establishment failed to account for a few simple factoids.  One being, of course, that any LGBT folks who are aware of their position (and by now, that's like all of them) aren't going to be frequenting their establishment.  Perhaps they're willing to let that revenue go.  But what of all the people who aren't LGBT who find such a policy so distasteful that they *also* will be voting with their wallets?

That's going to be a much larger demographic.

These people are fools, and if their business goes under, they deserved it.

They goodness they DON'T serve gays - that would be horrible.

They're supposed to be serving pizza.

(I stole that joke, sort of.).

Indeed. We should follow the homosexual example. We need to have others on our side too.

Quote:Memories Pizza, a takeout restaurant in Walkerton, Indiana, has closed its doors following outrage over remarks the shop owner made regarding same-sex marriage.

Early Wednesday, one of the shop's owners Crystal O'Connor said she would refuse to cater a same-sex wedding as the shop was a "Christian establishment."  Phone calls and social media responses over the remarks have now forced the restaurant to shutter until temperatures cool.

Co-owner Kevin O'Connor, whose relation to Crystal is unclear, said Memories is "temporarily" dark until "threatening" calls and online posts die down, according to TMZ.
