I wonder how these people would react if anyone opened a business and then stated they refuse to treat Christians?
They'd likely be the first up in arms. Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni: "You did WHAT? With WHO? WHERE???" 
My other half said opening up a restaurant and refusing to serve christians sounds like something we need to do.

Perhaps in taking this 'principled stand', the proprietors of the establishment failed to account for a few simple factoids. One being, of course, that any LGBT folks who are aware of their position (and by now, that's like all of them) aren't going to be frequenting their establishment. Perhaps they're willing to let that revenue go. But what of all the people who aren't LGBT who find such a policy so distasteful that they *also* will be voting with their wallets? That's going to be a much larger demographic. These people are fools, and if their business goes under, they deserved it. 
They goodness they DON'T serve gays - that would be horrible.
They're supposed to be serving pizza. (I stole that joke, sort of.). Boru
