You telling me that they don't know how to make heat-resistant alloys in the SW universe?

Pfft.

His suit wasn't necessarily cremated anyway. It was just used as kindling in a giant bonfire. Cremation is done in a enclosed space for a reason. I doubt the bonfire got hot enough for the cremation process to happen.

I think Aractus just gets a hard-on from being a contrarian.

SO FUCKING COOL

I am going opening night

Pitiful. Final degradation of Vader. His menacing mask is some plastic that half melts in a primitive funeral pyre.

One would think the visage of the sith would be tempered steel.

Pfft.

Appearently not.

You would think a fleet of space ships would have the technology to fight each other from further away than would a fleet of oared galleys.    Appearently "beyond visual range" was not a weapon concept yet invented in that Galaxy.

Think of Star Wars as the "science" fiction counterpart to the holy bible. Add one drop of the most dilute solution of reality, and the whole thing dissolves.

Hence the "fiction" part.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Yeah, but fleets engaging at a huge distance isn't as cool as large inter-fleet battles. Not even when there doesn't appear to be any real strategy involved.

Star Wars is a satanic Illuminati conspiracy anyway.

Oh hell. Luke tossed his dad on a bon-fire. The Ewoks weren't exactly tech savvy.
