That made me laugh. I believed all the crazy that is normal to most Christians. The weirdest thing I believed was that instead of talking to myself, I was talking to an invisible being. I'm very ashamed to admit this, but in my local evangelical community there was a common held belief that the first black Pope would actually be the Antichrist.
Racism dressed as religion, something very common here. RE: Your Craziest Religious Belief/Craziest Belief You've Ever Heard of

I knew a woman that honestly believed that the bible had some sort of secret code. It seems like it involved only reading every fifth word in the bible? It was strange. Honestly, the craziest I had was that God basically had to sacrifice himself to himself just so he could change a rule he made himself. And he had to wait several thousand years to do so...
To be fair, I was just a Lutheran, and they're not really that crazy. But I doubt it gets crazier than this: Alex Jones claims that the Pentagon communicates with "Clockwork Elves" while on DMT and believe the elves will make them live forever once they kill everyone else. Shitloads of Drugs, Omnicide, and Elves. It's like he takes Thirty H's as Gospel.

The closest place to "god" is a planet called Kolob.. Just way out there.

I love hitting the missionaries with this one right out of the gates because in my experience missionary training doesn't do a good job of preparing the bike riding fanatics to deal with people that are knowledgeable about their beliefs. Those that make an attempt usually claim that this isn't taught in the Book of Mormon. When I reference the D&C they shape-shift into a puddle of goo.
Belief in the rapture and end times apocalyptic nonsense. After living long enough and seeing these nut jobs fail after making numerous predictions, you finally write them all off, even when I was still a Christian, this stuff was just too nutty to go along with.
