RE: If you were to create your own religion..

Given how I feel about religion and all that it encompasses, I'd have to say, no I would not create my own religion. I have too much empathy and compassion to try and con a bunch of people into believing in something that they will never be able to see. I'm not a salesman.

If you were to create a religion, how would you do it and how would you get others to follow it?
Religion suggests taking away one's personal freedom (something I treasure very much for myself; even more than love). I don't wanna be a dictator as much as I don't want anyone else to dictate my way of life, so even if I were given the opportunity, I wouldn't do that.
Laziness is the engine of progress.

Only if my religion could result in Mila Kunis doing things to me.

There's a very interesting non-fiction movie from 2012 called 'Kumare - The True Story of a False Prophet'.
A Hindu gentleman conducted an experiment which involved capitalizing on his exotic oriental appearance, and his knowledge of Hinduism, to impersonate an Indian Guru and see if he couldn't accumulate a following of gullible Arizonan white people.
I personally think I could become a Guru of some sort and establish a personality cult with relative ease, so long as I pandered to the self-love ethos that is the stock-and-trade of most New Age movements.
