Louisiana Shooter Was Far Right Nut

RE: Louisiana Shooter Was Far Right Nut
No it doesn't, it implies deep irrationality. To say that it needs and constitutes a mental illness would mean the impossibility of putting these people in jail but instead we would send them to mental institutions, because guilt is only applicable to rational individuals acting with full capacity and aware that what they're doing is wrong. The majority of fundies are not psychos, or sickos, they're just people who think their interpretation is the truthful one. Grow up. White supremacism and racism aren't diseases, but irrationalities without evidence.

No other first word country has the amount of gun death.

You're not kidding, are you.  You don't know about this?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Protection...n_Arms_Act

Quote:The purpose of the act is to prevent firearms manufacturers and dealers from being held liable for negligence when crimes have been committed with their products. However, both manufacturers and dealers can still be held liable for damages resulting from defective products, breach of contract, criminal misconduct, and other actions for which they are directly responsible in much the same manner that any U.S. based manufacturer of consumer products (i.e. automobiles, appliances, power tools, etc.) are held responsible.

Put simply it means that if someone is shooting up a movie theater and his gun blows up in his face HE can sue the manufacturer for building a defective product...however his victims can not sue because up until it exploded it was working just fine.

This country is totally fucked up about guns and the reason is simple.  NRA + money + corrupt politicians.

I'm thinking the shooter actually exhibited clarity of thought in regards to women. Old and New Testament agree, women should STFU. I'd admonish the rest of the backsliding, liberal, scripture cherry picking, cafeteria 'Christians' to take a long hard look at THEIR craven and distorted and unreal view of the HOLY SCRIPTURES !!!!

Just...fuck...

You only think that because you are a commie pinko fag foreigner.  Us Americans see the necessity of having guns.  Otherwise, how are we going to have so many Darwin Awards winners?  We are number one!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the Constitution has a little to do with it.

The constitution calls for a "well-regulated militia."  It does not talk about every shithead who wants one having a gun.

You have the right to make whiskey, but you cannot sell it to 5 year olds, and there is also a limit to proof even for adults. Just like having speed limits is not anti car.

The level of gun worship is getting as bad as Jihadies killing you for picking on the Koran.

And I can't buy an RPG or a 20mm cannon.
