guess ill explain that : im a true CHRISTIAN because i only believe in CHRIST, by extension the New Testament, and not the crazy murdering desert God that the Jews worship.

I also never said you have the wrong interpretations of the New Testament, at least i dont recall doing so. To me the New Testament is factual.

Although i would not call Yahwe a "murdering desert God". He did give Moses the 10 Commandements, or stopped Abraham from sacrificing his son (thus discouraging human sacrifice). He was, at his time, the closest thing to the real God. But he was not Him, because the True God does not have a "chosen" people.

But yes, the "True" in my name is because i believe in the story of the Christ and not the story of the Old Testament.

Yahwe doesnt exist. So it doesnt matter why he would test Abe. He isnt the one who sacrificed Jesus, the real God did.
The Old Testament, to me, is an old law that had moral principles and worshipped a false God. Jesus put them on the right track, by sending the true message of the Lord, but also agreeing with some of the moral principles of the old law (10 commandments for example)
I dont know what the real God was doing, but his only direct interaction with humanity is sending Jesus to Earth, so you might also ask what he was doing at the time of the dinosaurs or what he is doing now, I DONT KNOW, because im not God.

Well at LEAST "I don't know" is an honest answer. Doesn't do much to support your belief system it would seem.

...there are some things i do not know, i do not know what God thinks. However all that is written in the Gospel is sufficient information to know everything i need to know.

So essentially you have been given this 'Gospel' and you have swallowed this "knowledge" as "THE BE ALL AND END ALL TRUTH' and have shut your brain down, closed off any further enquiry, and will not consider questioning EVER, just what this 'Gospel' is on about and where it presumes to get it's authority??

Why is the Gospel different than other religious texts ? because most religious texts like the old testament come from hearsays and legends that have been passed around for generations before being written down, however the Gospels are testimonies of people that knew Jesus.

I think you SERIOUSLY NEED TO RESEARCH just where this 'gospel' actually come from. How it was developed and the myths that were spun to support it.
