RE: The "not all Muslims are terrorists" fallacy
So....now that that's over, can we get back to discussing something...or was the discussion over? If so then I could think of somethin sexy to say

That would certainly improve the discourse!

I just saw the stats from eurostat about the refugees pouring into Europe.... curiously, in 2015's 2nd quarter, out of a total of 213k registered refugees, only 44k are syrian. The rest... see for your self:

I also saw the stats for asylum seekers from past years...

In 2014, the EU had 625k asylum seekers, of which 122k were syrian... if I divide these syrians by 4, that's still more than, what the EU has gotten within a quarter of a year.
Odd that only now we are getting the notion of trouble....

I'm not sure what your point is.

Only 20% of the refugees flooding into Europe are Syrian. At least up until the 2nd quarter of 2015.... August and September are already in the 3rd quarter.

Well, there would be some people from Yemen if they could get there easily.  As it is there are people from all of the war zones where the West has created chaos by instigating violence and disrupting local societies.

It's anticipated that up to 35 million people from the disrupted countries will eventually invade Europe.  You can bet a lot of Iranians will leave Iran if the US is ever stupid enough to attack it.  And guess where they will go?

The situation is really unfortunate as thousands have already died on the road.  It will soon be winter and tens of thousands of children and old people will freeze and starve to death.  We are witnessing a true holocaust on an unparalleled scale that is a true crime against humanity.  At the very least they need to start considering areas that can be used to mass graves and start funding for body bags.  It's going to get very ugly real soon.

People showing up at a doorstep with nothing, ragged, impoverished and unarmed....isn't much of an "invasion".  If you see it that way, perhaps you should take two fingers..reach down to your groin, curl them up, and see whether or not they slide in?

So, as you lay about your house in comfort, how do you propose to assist those hundreds of thousands of people who are knocking on your door?  Do you have housing, food, clothes, schools, transportation, money for them? They are not on a vacation.  They are not regular immigrants.  They are not guests.  They are invaders.  And you will get off of your high horse and start treating them like invaders in the next two seconds because you will not provide them with the necessities of life in your area.  Hungary has already told its troops to shoot them if they want to.  Expect the same thing to happen elsewhere fairly soon.

LOL, If only a person had the knowledge to keep their feet out of their mouths.  Before the unpleasantness of 9/11 interrupted...I was a peacekeeper.  So, I won't be taking any shit, from you, about what I do from the comfort of my home. As far as you need concern yourself, on this count, I'm unimpeachable, by you. If you insist that they're invaders, perhaps -you- should go do something about it, fight the fight you claim to be occurring.

This a logical fallacy commonly made when arguing against the actions of people that follow particular ideology where instead responding appropriately to the argument at hand, you make an erroneous assertion that the argument only applies to a small subset of people. For example

Me: islam is responsible for religious violence per capita then any other religion.
You: but not all Muslims are terrorists!.

Right but at that point its easily addressed.
You simply say in the most accusing voice you can muster "I didn't say they were...?" and you look at them questioningly as if they just revealed their own racist tendencies till they start explaining themselves and justifying why they felt the need to say that.

Its alot of fun.
