I was down for a week with moving and waiting for internet service in the new place. I only missed it the last couple of days as I was completely involved in the move, earlier. What hell. A couple of 55-year-olds really shouldn't load and unload a 26' (8-meter) U-Haul truck in the waning summer days of Phoenix. We both lost so much electrolytes, we had wet noodles for muscles. Then I couldn't sleep because every night I dreamt of packing boxes while being lorded over by some demonic creature with a whip.
I'm determined to die where I am. There will have to be a seriously compelling reason to ever move again and only with the help of professional movers. We're definitely too old for this!
