Jesus was very clear:

One Woman
ONCE.
I don't think there is very much evidence that it is legally recognized in the US, and the silence from the Christer community on the topic shows 2 things:
1) they don't believe in it either
2) and since it is a defining commandment from Jesus they are also falsifying their faith.
Why they are insisting atheists convert and evidence greater fealty to their Lord and Savior than they do is a real poser.
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

Marriage, while I am sure it can be wonderful, isn't for everyone. I wish people would accept that. So many people get married because they think they have to. You don't have to get married to live a full life. Your purpose isn't to grow up get married and have kids. Your purpose is whatever you want it to be. If you're not interested in spending the rest of your life in a monogamous relationship, that's okay.
That being said, happily married couples are totally adorable
