I love christmas, me.

I am going to get absolutely wasted, eat too much, be nice to everyone, not think of jesus and god once, and tolerate the god worshippers with a smile - not that there are many left in the UK.

So there will be no good fight from me, hostilities suspended for a week and merry xmas to you all.
You are currently experiencing a lucky and very brief window of awareness, sandwiched in between two periods of timeless and utter nothingness. So why not make the most of it, and stop wasting your life away trying to convince other people that there is something else? The reality is obvious.

I have nothing against christmas because there's nothing christian about it. Me? I don't mind celebrating the winter's soltice. Cheer up everyone, after the 25th (well actually after the 21st in the northern hemisphere), daylight is going to be progressively longer! Praise the Sun God!!! Light will conquer darkness!!! I have every reason to celebrate it even though it's a pagan tradition, because I hate cold and long nights with a passion!  I bet people who love long cold nights will not be very happy about it.  Shy

We actually got into The christmass spirit this year, get together with family and friends. Lots of champagne, wine and a great roast.
Too bad there was so much of The baby left though...
