Cthulhu's World-Famous(*) Dry Manhattan.

Fetch ice from the freezer, a jar of marischino cherries from the refer, and bourbon and sweet vermouth from the liquor cabinet.

Pour a healthy dose of bourbon into a standard bar shaker.  More than that.  Keep it coming, I'm thirsty.  Little bit more.

Return the unused ingredients to their respective storage location.

Decant the drink into a pint mason jar.  Or don't.  Bottoms up!

So basically all I have to do is make a drink that calls for an olive and then make it a Kalamata.  I like the way you think.

You can also grill Feta cheese in the oven with garlic, olive oil and some vegetables. That's vaguely Greek.

I grill skewered chicken, basting it in olive oil and fresh butter, and serve it on flatbread with tomatoes, cucumbers, feta, frsh basil leaves, and tzatziki. I doubt it would entertain a gathering, but it's good eats nonetheless.

VERY similar to what Thump suggested, you could do a souvlaki, with either chicken or lamb. Pretty simple to do and, if you buy your tzatziki ready-made, damned quick.
