Sorry I meant "You are NOT my future self", I knew that that's what you meant... and I still find it weird and creepy if you genuinely believe that. I do not have more potential than anyone else here to become like you, I'm nothing fucking like you EP... the only real similarities we seem to have is we're both atheists and we both agree a lot with Sam Harris... other than that I think we are VERY different people. And I'm glad we are, I don't want to be like you... I would never trade places with you I think it sucks to be you. And I also think it sucks that you call me an asshole because I'm not an asshole but I think you often behave like one.

For me, it was continually being thoughtfully critical and doubtful about what I read in the bible. I simply could not accept on faith that which was so obviously unreasonable and illogical.
