Dow Chemical said Friday that it no longer thinks it could win its appeal because of Scalia's death on February 13.

Obama is acting like a worthless dummy on this.  He should already have selected replacements for everyone on the court.  I would have announced a replacement as soon as I verified that the selected replacement was a go.  And if the Repubs bitched I would accuse them of trying to stage a coup and attempting to overthrow the government.
