Why was the 'truth' only revealed in the 17th century?

And if you retreat behind the "But the Holy Spirit guided them" charade, I will deem your answer sufficiently lacking in gravity and will discount it out of hand.

The contents of the Bible were decided by the standard God has placed upon His Word. Anything less than perfection and it's not of God. Man does not decide what scripture is, God does. I know the King James Bible is scripture because I have studied it. I know the Bible codes embedded into that scripture, which would be impossible for supercomputers to write, let alone man thousands of years ago.

The lack of proof for evolution, for one. There is not a single observable event of evolution. (I am talking about Darwinian evolution, change in kinds is not evolution.)

It wasn't. It's been revealed for thousands of years now.

You're not a real Xtian. Even a devout creationist retard wouldn't declare so much bullshit in an opening thread. You're just an attention seeker, we have experience of extreme Xtians and they have a recognisable limit. It's a fine margin but you've crossed it. You is no Christian.

What non-biblical evidence is there for a young earth?

To share one in 40.000 christian truths. That's of course not counting all the various muslim truths or the jewish ones.

Let's start out by revealing what kind of christian you are, if you please.

If Christians talk to God, how come they get different answers about the age of the earth?

I am here only to share the truth. I will answer any serious and coherent questions you might have.
If you are not willing to learn the answer, do not ask the question.

My answer can come in the form of text or video. Most of your questions will require a lot of knowledge, so again, if you're not willing to learn the answer, do not ask the question. This is for people that want to learn the truth and not the average internet warrior that feels powerful by spitting out 20 unrelated questions thinking I am not answering because his questions were just so good.

No profanity or insults or blasphemy. Be respectful.

If you want to know who I am and my background just youtube: "Angels, Alchemy, Aliens, Demons and God - My testimony"

To know a little about me for the purpose of this thread:

1. I only read the textus receptus (King James Bible) and consider all the modern bible versions to be horrible frauds. Which they are, because they are based on the LXX manuscripts, proven frauds.

2. I have no denomination. I am a King James only, Salvation is by grace through faith alone without works, creationist, young earth Christian. I reject evolution with my whole being.

If you give me verses from the NIV, ESV or some other Bible that make no sense, I will ignore your question. Kjv only.

Let's begin.

For me there is only one question that would make me change my mind about the god question, but it's a biggy: do you have empirically based evidence the makes the existence of a god more likely than not, or even reasonably likely?  If so, what is it?

But just out of morbid curiosity,  what makes you think that the KJV is superior, because as a faithful translation, it certainly is not.
If there is a god, I want to believe that there is a god.  If there is not a god, I want to believe that there is no god.

I don't see how a lack of proof for evolution - if we'd take that as a given for the sake of the argument - would lead you to a young earth.

"Fossil radioactivity shortens geologic "ages" to a few years."

"Radiohalos are rings of color formed around microscopic bits of radioactive minerals in rock crystals. They are fossil evidence of radioactive decay. "Squashed" Polonium-210 radiohalos indicate that Jurassic, Triassic, and Eocene formations in the Colorado plateau were deposited within months of one another, not hundreds of millions of years apart as required by the conventional time scale. "Orphan" Polonium-218 radiohalos, having no evidence of their mother elements, imply accelerated nuclear decay and very rapid formation of associated minerals."

Christians and Atheists all have the same data. We just have a different interpretation of said data. If you think you do not have a belief system, you're very wrong.

Many. The obvious one, the King James Bible.

The less obvious is information.

Examples of entities that do contain Information [UDI]:

The Bible
Newspaper
Hieroglyphics
Sheet music
Mathematical formulas

Examples of entities that do not contain Information [UDI] (one or more of the attributes are missing):

A physical star: Lacks a code and lacks meaning because it does not represent something else; it is the physical object that the word star represents.
A physical snowflake: Lacks a code and lacks meaning because it does not represent something else; it is the physical object.
Random sequence of letters: Has a symbol set, but lacks rules for words or grammar (no code). Since it is random, it has no meaning to any sequence of letters.
A physical piano: Lacks meaning because it does not represent something else; it is the physical object.

Fundamental Law 1 (FL1)
A purely material entity, such as physicochemical processes, cannot create a nonmaterial entity. (Something material cannot create something nonmaterial.)

Physical entities include mass and energy (matter). Examples of something that is not material (nonmaterial entity) include thought, spirit, and volition (will).

Fundamental Law 2 (FL2)
Information is a nonmaterial fundamental entity and not a property of matter.

First Law of Information (LI1)
Information cannot originate in statistical processes. (Chance plus time cannot create information no matter how many chances or how much time is available.)

Second Law of Information (LI2)
Information can only originate from an intelligent sender

= God exists.
