I've fired a rifle before. Not exactly something i'd go to, for self defense. Then again, being the child of two police officers, nobody's really ever wanted to get in a fight with me to have to deal with them! Tongue

Heh, I remember fighting a drunk lunatic who had a knife. Fun times.

Probably went a bit overboard, but when you attempt to stab me and my friend of course I'm gonna lose my shit.

Surprisingly didn't get in any trouble with the cops. In fact, they were actually quite understanding in that situation.

I haven't been in a fight in about eight years, but after having part of my ear bit off in one, I approach every fight as my friend Roberteaux says: Never forget, you are in a struggle with a 170-lb mammal.

Everybody has an animal inside them. The only question is what stimuli releases it.

Glad you got no trouble from it. A man should and ought to be able to defend himself as circumstances warrant.

I wouldn't say that's surprising, self defense is fully legal.
