Iraq - massive bombing

RE: Iraq - massive bombing
Things become clearer if media is viewed as an economic activity whose business model values the attention of its audience because that attention can be sold to advertisers.  Things that draw the attention of viewers include threats to their lives or well being.

It is sadly incorrect to view western media as a tool for dissemination of accurate information.
I value viewer misinformation and panic because it leads to market inefficiencies which can be exploited, for example the 3% dip from the Brexit.
So how, exactly, does God know that She's NOT a brain in a vat? Huh

It's true. If we reported all the fucked up stuff that happened in the Middle East or Africa, there wouldn't be enough time in a 24 hour day to report it all. It's also important to note that Muslims are by far the number one victim of Islamic terrorism.

People ignore this little detail.

We could try.  US news reports are far too much about someone having a bake sale to save kittens than telling 'murricans which places they have never heard of are blowing up.

Any attempt in wiping them out results in civilian deaths and more possible recruits, when conducted from the air. Drying them out has shown some positive results. Such as pushing them back on the ground and rob them of resources they could turn into funds.

As much as he gets criticism from his opponents, I think Obama is handling this the correct way.
