Insomniac support and tips

RE: Insomniac support and tips
Sorry, Judi. I didn't mean to make you sad. I'm just in a bad place. And I'll just try to go to bed or something before I have to get up again.

Does that make sense?

Yes it does.
Amazingly, it does make a lot of sense.

Fuck 6am. Fuck circadian rhythms that don't work right. Bah. Sorry for that. Umm...I'm tired T_T
Everything sucks this week. Why do people like horrible stuff? Someone sent me a petition to sign about arresting a man who lit off a firework in his dog's mouth. I did not need a fucking photo of that shit. If I could sleep (which I can't anyways) I wouldn't because my mind is full of terrible images. I'm going to become a hermit. I'll send you guys a smoke signal every now and then. Undecided

Well then, don't turn your TV on, today. Some crazy shit happened in France.
Seriously, sometimes....

Then I'm reminded of all the good and nice and cool people and things and places and foodz in the world and it becomes more like

Java doesn't help if you want to sleep...
But it does help when you don't want to sleep.

As for me... I'm not fond of the drink, so I avoid it. Managed to avoid it completely for years, in spite of social attempts at getting me to engage with it.
Sleep is still the best way to be awake.

Coffee is the 100% natural substitute for sleep. I will get enough rest when I'm dead.

I've struggled off and on for years, it isn't so bad these days but when I'm really having a rough go of it nothing helps really.

I've found that, for me, listening to some ASMR videos on YouTube with some blindfold headphones has helped. It was weird at first, some three or four years ago, but some of these people are so damn good at being relaxing it's just lovely.

Quarter after four, haven't slept at all. I pulled a muscle in my should this afternoon and between that and my chronic pain, I just can fall asleep.

I slept. In the tent. Didn't put up the air mattress. I'm paying for that now.
