So...microwaves, so easy. Take a nice, flaky white fish filet (I like crappie for this)...then, with equal parts lemon juice and water..microwave it until it steams (gotta be careful with fish and microwaves). Pop it out, drain the juice, butter it up, top it with cilantro.

I dunno.... something about putting fish in a microwave to me, equates to burning popcorn in a microwave. Somehow, unless you really really really know what you're doing, your microwave will forever smell of fish. Blech.

Going to slice up the rest of this bad boy, dip it in honey eggwash, coat it with a nice seasoned mixture of panko, flour, cheese and seasonings then fry it up and serve it with marinara and ranch sauces. It will be the appetizer for dinner tonight.

Unfortunately this is my biggest downfall next to smoking... which I've been trying to be good with. I snuck one cig at school the other day, but haven't had one since.
I was told to only focus on one bad habit at a time. I was raised to cook lots of food. I can't help it. I cook for armies, it would seem, even when there is no army. Maybe it's still a good thing if I told you everything I make is from scratch, and I use fresh ingredients. Does that count?
