I want to cook something, but I am broke and out of ingredients for everything. It looks like I'm sticking to the basics today. Sandwich time.

Two homemade pecan pies just came out of the oven.

The other half made something called Slum Gullion. Basically it's cabbage, potatoes, carrots and whatever else veggie you want to throw in a big pot. Once boiling, you add bacon drippings to it. When you plate it, you take cooked, crumbled bacon pieces and put it on top, add some spices, whatever you like, and there you go.

Hey.... my tablet needs a new mainboard and my phone has reached it's memory capacity. I'll get pics when I can, but I have posted some in the past
