Oh look. Another one thinking to post some original thoughts.
What exactly is a "power fullest" when it's at home? Apart from the Western civilization not being the most "power fullest". The Chinese being around with a contínued history stretching back some 3000 years would beg to differ. In fact that's the only country on earth being around for so long a time. Within the same borders.
