At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'
So I've been catching up on my Chick tracts, and I have to say that they're highly entertaining. If I didn't know better, I'd swear they were created by an atheist trying to make Christianity look as bad as it can.

I can't rule out Jack Chick being a Poe of some stripe.
As noted earlier, there is no shortage of criticism of his tracts from other Christers. If he was slipping heresies into his publications and wound up damning more souls than he saved, well, all can say is: neener neener neener The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
Out of morbid curiosity, are there any supporters, defenders and other sundry followers of Chick Publications here; and if so, why?

Until I got my own copy of Gay Blade, I coveted having one!
