So I'm a big dummy. My parents left and me and my pride attempted to get my own apple juice. I tripped over a ladder and fell into the basement. Somehow I'm I'm perfectly fine just bruised. Yet another concussion. I think the doctors wanted to bubble wrap me. Sigh. If I could just make it through year

Here is a really wacky idea, close and lock the door to the basement. Remove ladders and other obstacles from traffic areas.
Yet another concussion does not sound perfectly fine.
Until your head clears and 90% of balance returns, constant assistance should be in force but not lock down. Recent studies indicate that exercise and mental stimulation help people recover faster from concussions.
