People should really go read up on what "solipsism" actually means.

I don't think there's any question of there not being freedom of speech on this site if people like Harris can spout Nazi propaganda and still be here. It makes me sick to my stomach but he is still here.

I know, right? I learned from that guy that Mars will be the Second Earth after the Rupture. As in the literal planet Mars. It used to be on the front page of his site; I haven't looked lately but he used to keep taking stuff down once they attracted attention. He even pisses off other fundies. Matt Slick really hates him: https://carm.org/troy-brooks
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'
Why would we want trolls running around and shitting all over threads when virtually all the consequences it has are negative ones for pretty much everyone or the vast majority?

This rule is awesome. Allowing people to terrorise each other is not part of pseudo-free speech. If people can't make their points without provoking and baiting people the majority of the time, then they need to go learn how to interact with people properly.
There's many ways of making the same point. If you use an arsehole way a lot, you'll get a verbal warning. If you ignore the warning and continue with the arsehole way, you're consciously choosing to be the arsehole even if you weren't aware of it before. So you deserve to be clobbered. Everyone is here as a guest and should consider it a privilege. This isn't a hunting ground to victimise people. Feel free to send me a private message.
